Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations
All items are made to order and are final sale.
If you notice a flaw or any damage in your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will be happy to help you. Items sent back without proper authorization will not be accepted. If an order is to be sent back, it must be done within 10 days of receiving it since we keep very small amounts of fabric in stock.
Our products are handmade to order so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to change of mind or improper fit. Orders with any sort of customization are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

On a case by case basis, exchanges may be allowed but fees including but not limited to restocking fees and shipping may apply. Thank you for your understanding!
All items are made to order and go into production immediately so we cannot accept any cancellations or changes. Please double check your order before placing it.
For domestic (US) shipping: If you select Standard Shipping your order will ship as a USPS First Class Package (average shipping time about 3-7 days). This is $5.99 or free for orders over $150 USD. Expedited shipping is $24.99 and will ship as a USPS Priority Mail Package (average shipping time about 1-3 days). Expedited shipping orders are also made with priority but if you need your order by a certain date please contact us. Shipping time does not include processing time as all items are made to order. All shipping comes with tracking which will be sent to you via the email you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages once they are shipped. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages as shipping delays are beyond our control.
International shipping is calculated at the time of order. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and some countries in Europe and South America. Customs, duties, taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer First Class Package International (average shipping time about 1-3 weeks) and Priority Mail Express International (average shipping time 3-5 business days). Orders to Canada have the option of UPS Standard which often comes out cheaper and faster delivery. If your order is going to Canada it may be sent by UPS if possible to ensure it arrives as quick as possible.
Shipping time does not include processing time as all items are made to order. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages as shipping delays are beyond our control.
All available fabrics are listed as swatches on the product pages. Additional pictures of suits can be seen by scrolling all the way down on the product pages or tapping the main photo. Since all items are made to order we do not have photos of each style in every fabric so you’ll have to use your imagination a bit! For more photos please visit out Instagram @Noelani_TheLabel and view our photos and highlight with recent orders. We can also send you photos of fabrics or example suits. Please note that some light colors such as white are more likely to become slightly sheer when wet. We do test all fabrics in different conditions before offering them but please choose carefully. We also recommend choosing coordinating colors and prints. If you have any special requests please be as specific as possible with your order by leaving a note at checkout and do not hesitate to contact us. String ties are not reversible so if you are choosing two different fabrics the best matching strap fabric will be chosen by the designer if you do not specify your preference.
