By placing an order with Noelani The Label, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies below.

Returns & Store Credit

We want you to love your Noelani The Label purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Items must be in new condition

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Free of odors, stains, damage, or alterations

    • Original tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must still be attached

    • Original packaging can be reused

How to Start a Return

Please contact us with your order number to initiate your return. We will provide return instructions and our return shipping address.

Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be processed. If an unauthorized return is received, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender at the customer's expense. Items that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated, recycled, repurposed, or otherwise responsibly handled at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A digital store credit will be issued to the email address used to place the order.

  • Please allow 1–7 business days for processing.

  • Store credit is valid for 5 years from the date issued.

  • Credit will be issued for the purchase price paid, less any original shipping charges and applicable discounts.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sample sale items

  • Items discounted more than 20%

  • Any item marked Final Sale

Important Notes

  • We cannot reimburse original shipping costs.

  • Previous discounts, promotions, or sale pricing may not be reapplied to future purchases.

  • If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, it may be returned to the customer at our discretion.

  • Many of our styles sell out quickly. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order immediately and using your store credit toward a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the original order. We will send your replacement once the return is postmarked.

Noelani The Label reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items are handmade and made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun or an order has shipped.

Shipping

Many Noelani The Label items are handmade and made to order. Items that our made to order (mostly swimwear) will state this in the description.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to create your order and does not include shipping transit time.

  • Typical processing time: 1–10 business days

As a small handmade business, processing times may occasionally be longer during peak seasons. Any updates will be posted on our website homepage and Instagram.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive it. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Liability

Once a package has been shipped, Noelani The Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Shipping carriers provide estimated delivery dates only, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please leave a note at checkout with your requested date and select Expedited Shipping.

Expedited orders receive priority production and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. While we will make every effort to ensure your order ships in time, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

UPS

  • UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air®, and Next Day Air® shipping options may be available at checkout. Exact shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout based on your order and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide to many countries across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Caribbean, and beyond.

If your country is available at checkout, we ship there. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will be happy to see if shipping can be arranged.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country's customs authorities.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Noelani The Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Fabric Information

Available solid colors and fabric swatches can be viewed directly on each product page. Available prints can be found in our print collection.

Because every piece is made to order, we may not have photographs of every style in every fabric combination. Additional photos can often be found on our Instagram, including customer photos and recent orders.

If you would like additional fabric photos or examples, please contact us.

Fabric Notes

  • Please note that colors may vary slightly between collections due to differences in fabric composition, texture, and sourcing.
  • We test all fabrics before offering them, but lighter colors, including white, may become slightly sheer when wet.
  • Please note that string ties are not reversible. For reversible styles, ties will be made in the printed fabric or the solid color selected as the main fabric unless otherwise specified when placing your order.

Please refer to our Size Chart for general sizing guidance. Product-specific fit notes, measurements, and model sizing information can be found on individual product pages when available.
