Shipping

  • All items are made to order. Shipping time does not include turnaround time (the time it takes to make your order).
  • Turn around time is typically 1-2 weeks but will be listed on our website Homepage and on our Instagram @Noelani_TheLabel if it is taking longer than usual.
  • Once your order ships, the tracking information will be sent to the email you placed the order with. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are shipped. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages as shipping delays are beyond our control.
  • If you need your order by a certain date please leave a note at checkout with the date and choose the Expedited shipping option. Your order will be moved to the front of the queue and will be made and shipped as quickly as possible. We will ship your order before the date you need it by but are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control. Packages to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories make take longer than the timeframes below. 
  • For domestic (US) shipping:
    • Standard Shipping is a flat fee of $7.99 or free on orders over $150 USD and will ship USPS Ground Advantage with an expected shipping time of about 3-7 days. 
    • Priority Shipping is a flat fee of $15.99 and is shipped USPS Priority Mail with an expected shipping time of about 1-4 days. 
    • Expedited Shipping is $28.99 and includes a shorter processing time (1-2 business days) and will ship as a USPS Priority Mail Package with an expected shipping time of about 1-4 days.
  • For International Shipping:
    • We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and most countries in Europe, South America, and Asia. If you can place an order, then we ship to your country. If you do not see your country, contact us and we will check if we can ship to you!
    • Customs, duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • USPS Shipping- we offer First-Class Package International (average shipping time about 1-3 weeks) and Priority Mail Express International (average shipping time 3-5 business days).
    • Some countries have the option to ship via UPS which typically arrives much faster.
